What is Hazelnut Box ?

When can I order a box ?

We take order between the 1st and 29th of the month. Your box will then be sent to you the following month! Our boxes are dispatched on the 1st Monday of the month.

Do I need to create an account

If you are subscribing to our Monthly recurring plan, you will need to create an account. Creating an account will allow you to see the progress of your order, you will also be able to update your personal details.

You don’t need to create an account if you are ordering a one-time subscription.


I have just subscribed to a plan, what's next?

Sit back and relax :) You will receive a message confirming your order.


In general, orders are for the following month’s box. Your boxes will be dispatched on the first Monday of every month (except on Bank Holidays, boxes will be dispatched on Tuesday). We will send you an email on the dispatched day for confirmation!

However, if you ticked the box “Received your box now” at checkout, your 1st box will be dispatched the Monday following your order.


What if I have any allergies? 

Unfortunately, we are unable to customize our boxes based on allergies at the moment. Every box is different but as some of our products may contain nuts, eggs or dairy (or traces), our boxes might therefore be unsuitable for anyone with these allergies. If that does not stop you from ordering, we recommend sharing

How do I refer a friend ?

Visit our “ Refer a Friend “ page for more details. For every friend you refer, you’ll get a surprise in your upcoming box.

What’s in my box?

Inside your Hazelnut Box, you will find a selection of healthy snacks. This selection will change every month and will be a surprise for you. However, we might tease you a bit on Facebook and Instagram with 1 or 2 spoilers. 

Every month, we select delicious organic and natural snacks just for you. You will enjoy discovering healthy, fun and natural snacks.
We are vegan friendly as we offer a 100% vegan option! 


Can I personalize my Hazelnut Box? 

Yes you can! We give our subscribers the chance to personalize their box.  While subscribing, we will ask you if you want a vegan box or if you want a non-food surprise in your box. The non-food surprise comes with an additional fee. We will then design a box that matches your answers.


Can I update my preferences ?

Yes, you can (vegan box).

You can notify us with your modified preferences by email at contact@hazelnutbox.com before the 25th of the month.


Can I get a Vegan Box?

Yes you can! 
Choose your plan and select the vegan option. You will only receive vegan products in your Box. 


Shipping & Delivery 

How do you ship Hazelnut Box? 

Our carrier is Fastway.


What is the shipping cost  ?

It’s free!


What if I want to change my shipping address?

Changing your shipping address is easy as long as we haven't dispatched your Hazelnut Box yet.

Simply send us your new shipping address by email at contact@hazelnutbox.com by the 25th of the month.


Do you deliver outside The Republic of Ireland? 

Unfortunately, we don't. 

What if I’m out when my box get delivered?

If you have missed your parcel delivery, Fastway will attempt to deliver it again the next day.

In some cases, your parcel will be left in a safe delivery location which will be advised on the calling card. Alternatively you can leave a note on the attempted delivery calling card and fill out the ‘Authority to leave’ section and advise clearly on where you want your parcel left. This must be in a safe delivery location such as in the porch, shed or with a neighbour.

Alternatively, you can pick up your parcel from the depot. Be sure to check your depot collection opening times and bring Photo ID and proof of address to collect your parcel.


When will my Hazelnut Box be dispatched? 

Your Box will be dispatched on the 1st Monday of every month. We will send you an email to advise you on this. The box should then be with you the next day.

If you have tick the box “receive your box now” at checkout, your 1st box will be dispatched the following Monday. Then your second box will dispatched 4 weeks later. Example : if your 1st box is dispatched the 2nd Monday of the month, your following boxes will then be dispatched every 2nd Monday of the month too.


Billing

When will I be billed ? 

You will be billed on the day you ordered a box. Your subscription day is your billing day

For our Gift Plans, you will be charged the full amount all at once, on the day you order your gift plan.

For our Recurring Plans, you will be billed on the day you ordered a box. Your subscription day is your billing day. Every month, you will then be charged the amount of your subscription on that particular day until the end of your subscription plan.

What form of payment do you accept? 

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express and Paypal.


Cancelation & Refund

What is the refund/return policy? 

All sales and subscriptions made on our Site are considered final. The Company has a no-returns, no-exchange and no refunds policy, by subscribing you agree to these terms. We do not offer any kind of refunds. However, we reserve the right to review those terms on a case-by-case basis. If for some reason your box arrives, and it's damaged, or unusable, or there is some other special case (defective or wrong/incorrect item,…). Admitting pictures of damages have been provided and sent in due time ( 1 week after reception of the box) to our customer service contact@hazelnutbox.com


If you didn't like the box, we urge you to give us one more chance to impress you, every month is different from the other! If it's wasn't for you, consider gifting the box to a friend. Also, please share your feedback with us to help us grow ! 


Can I cancel anytime? 

Yes, You can, if you have subscribed to The Monthly Plan. You can cancel your plan via your account you created while subscribing to our Monthly Plan. To do so, sign-in to your account to access your personal details. To cancel your plan, simply click on the cancel option.

Please take into account the details below as NO REFUND will made if a payment has already been issued :

If you cancel before your monthly payment date (=purchase date), the cancellation will be effective immediately. No further payment will be issued.

If you cancel after your monthly payment date (=purchase date), the cancellation will be effective for the next upcoming payments.  

Example: If your payment is due on the 18th of November and you cancel after this date, you will still receive the December Box as your last box. You plan will be cancel for the next payments. The payment on the 18th of November will then be your last payment towards your plan.


Will my recurring plan be automatically renewed? 

Yes, if you opted-in for “The Monthly Plan”, your subscription will be automatically renewed. Your plan will be ongoing until you cancel it.  Please keep in mind our cancellation policy mentioned above.

None of other plans (3 & 6 month-plans) are recurring plans. These particular plans end at the end of the chosen subscription period.
