What is Hazelnut Box ?
Hazelnut Box is an office snack delivery service based in Dublin. Our speciality is organic and natural snacks. We offer our services to small and medium offices of 5 to +150 employees. We can fit any budget !
How can I order from you ?
If you would like to enquire about our corporate snack delivery service fill out our form with your company details. We will then create a custom proposal that includes the selection of snacks you will receive and pricing. Finally, after review and agreement on the proposal, we’ll set up the payment and define a delivery date together. We can either exchange emails or we can contact you by phone.
Can I order a one-off box ?
If you would like a one-off snack delivery, just place an enquiry and our team will be in touch with you. We will then prepare a quote to fit your particular requirements.
Can I update my offer ?
If at any point, the current offer is not meeting your needs, contact us and we will gladly review and adapt your plan so it suits your company needs and requirements better.
Is my box actually value for money?
The cost of the box is always lower than the combined RRP of the contents.
What’s in my box?
Our speciality is organic and natural snacks, we also offer tea, coffee and fruits delivery in partnership with our trusted suppliers. Your box will include a selection of 10 different references of single-serve snacks. The content of the box will depend on your particular needs. In general, a box contains superfoods, healthy crisps, energy bars, biscuits, chocolates and much more. Some snacks are vegan and some are gluten-free. Every month, we custom your box with a rotating selection of premium snacks.
Do I have to sign a contract ?
No ! You can cancel your ongoing plan at any time.
However, because we invoice monthly on the day of purchase, please be advised that if you have already been debited or credited for the upcoming month ( example : upcoming month is June), your cancellation will be taken into account for the month after the upcoming one ( example: no delivery in July)
If you cancel before your monthly payment date (=purchase date), the cancellation will be effective immediately. No further payment will be issued.
If you cancel after your monthly payment date (=purchase date), the cancellation will be effective for the next upcoming payments.
Shipping & Delivery
What is the shipping cost ?
Our prices don’t include shipping fees. Shipping fees will depend on the size of your order.
Do you deliver outside The Republic of Ireland?
Yes, we do. Anywhere in Europe
How do you ship Hazelnut Box?
Our courrier is DPD.
When will my Hazelnut Box be dispatched?
Our boxes are dispatched once a month, on the 1st Monday of every given month.
When will I be billed ?
You will be billed on the day you ordered a box. Your subscription day is your billing day.
Will my recurring plan be automatically renewed?
Yes, if you opted for a recurring plan, your plan will automatically be renewed. The renewal is automatic and a plan will be cancelled upon your own request, in respect with our terms of service.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and American Express.
What is the refund/return policy?
All sales and subscriptions made on our Site are considered final. The Company has a no-returns, no-exchange and no refunds policy, by subscribing you agree to these terms. We do not offer any kind of refunds. However, we reserve the right to review those terms on a case-by-case basis. Admitting pictures of damages have been provided and sent in due time to our customer service firstname.lastname@example.org
