What is Hazelnut Box ?

Hazelnut Box is an office snack delivery service based in Dublin. We specialised in healthy and natural snacks. We offer our services to small and medium offices of 5 to +150 employees.


How can I order from you ?

Simply place your order on our website by choosing the amount of snacks you’d like and how long you’d like to stay subscribed. Visit this page to place your order.

Can I order a one-off box ?

Yes, you can !  Simply subscribed to our monthly plan to do so. Normal month to month subscriptions can be cancelled at any point. Visit this page to place your order.


Is my box actually value for money?

The cost of the box is always lower than the combined RRP of the contents.   


I can’t find a plan that suits me !

Simply contact us by email. Please tell us what you would like for your office. We’ll then arrange a personalized quote for you.

What’s in my box?

We specialised in healthy and natural snacks. Your box will include a selection of 10 different references of single-serve snacks. In general, a box contains healthy crisps, energy bars, cookies, chocolates and much more. Some snacks are vegan and some are gluten-free. Every month, we custom your box with a rotating selection of premium snacks.


What does a fixed term plan mean ?

By choosing a fixed term plan, you accept that your subscription is continuous until the end of the subscription commitment period.If you subscribe to a 6-Month or 3-Month subscription, you agree to stay subscribed for the entire subscription period. If you agree to a 6-Month or 3-Month subscription you have to stay for the full commitment period.  If you cancel your membership before the end of an existing subscription commitment period, you will be charged for the remainder of that subscription period.


Do I have to sign a contract ?

No ! You just have to agree to our Terms & Conditions and that’s it


Shipping & Delivery 

What is the shipping cost  ?

The prices displayed on our website includes the shipping fees.


Do you deliver outside The Republic of Ireland? 

Yes, we do. The prices displayed on our website are only for The Republic of Ireland. If your company is outside of The Republic of Ireland, simply contact us and we’ll arrange a personalized quote for you !

How do you ship Hazelnut Box?

Can I get a weekly delivery ?  

Yes, you can. This option is only available for order over 200 snacks. Once you have selected the number of snacks you’d like to receive, a window will pop-up.  Select the option “ I want to receive snacks weekly ”. You’ll then receive a box of 100 snacks per week.


When will my Hazelnut Box be dispatched? 

Our boxes are dispatched once a month, on the 1st Monday of every given month.


Billing

When will I be billed ? 

You will be billed on the day you ordered a box. Your subscription day is your billing day

Will my recurring plan be automatically renewed? 

Yes, if you opted for a recurring plan, your plan will automatically be renewed. The renewal is automatic and a plan will be cancelled upon your own request, in respect with our terms of service.

What form of payment do you accept? 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and American Express.  



Refund

What is the refund/return policy? 

All sales and subscriptions made on our Site are considered final. The Company has a no-returns, no-exchange and no refunds policy, by subscribing you agree to these terms. We do not offer any kind of refunds. However, we reserve the right to review those terms on a case-by-case basis. Admitting pictures of damages have been provided and sent in due time to our customer service contact@hazelnutbox.com
