No-Bake Almond Cookies

Why we love these No-Bake Cookies

These cookies do not require time in the oven and you only need a couple of ingredients.  They make a delicious on-the-go snack.

The Ingredients

As with every recipe we share and love, you can add your own personal touch to this one. The peanut butter can be replace by any nut butter you like. You could even substitute the almond flour by some coconut flour !

Tips & Tricks

I always like to add a bit of cinnamon in many of my recipes. It adds a gorgeous smell and taste and it has amazing health benefits as well. But of course, it's optional. You could also use white or milk chocolate instead of dark chocolate
