Make monday best day of your week
I used to wake up some days being in such a bad mood and it was so hard for me to go through my day because I started it thinking it would be hard.
Am I the only one?
I think it is just a thing to wake up sometimes and it is just hard for no reason.
But I wanted to change that and I decided to create my own Good morning routine!
Through this blog post, I will share with you my little tips to wake up in a good mood and kick start your day!
Wake up extra early
The first minutes of your day are the most important. They will condition your mood for the day.
I advise you to wake up extra early to have plenty of time to do everything you need to do before work, without stressing yourself.
If you are not a morning person, set your alarm earlier to snooze it a few times before actually getting up!
Stretch, meditate and/or visualize
Before getting off the bed, take some time for yourself to wake up.
Stretch like a cat to allow your body to wake up, meditate a few minutes to get your mind on track or visualize yourself reaching your goals to create positive thoughts!
Personally I go for the stretching. I stay in bed and focus on every part of my body to stretch slowly.
Take time to eat a proper breakfast as it is key to start a good day.
It will give you enough energy to get through the morning!
Start with a squeezed lemon juice to detox your body before eating anything.
Then, enjoy the breakfast you love the most: porridge, toasts, pancakes, muesli…

Last thing I will advise you to do is to say what you are grateful for.
Take few minutes in the morning and write down or just think about at least 5 things you are grateful for life.
It will help you to realise that even if time look hard, you are still lucky to be you!
