Coconut oil is obtained from the fresh meat of the coconut.
Coconut oil contains 90% of saturated fat. Coconut oil is also rich in lauric acid which is antimicrobial and antiviral.
These fats can boost fat burning and provide your body and brain with quick energy.
How to choose a good coconut oil?
It is super important to choose the good type of coconut oil.
I always take an organic virgin cold-pressed and unrefined coconut oil.
Unrefined coconut oil is made from fresh coconuts where refined coconut oil is made from dried coconut.
Cold pressed is a method of production that does not use solvents to extract the oil.
Organic certify that no chemicals and pesticides have been used in the production of the coconut oil.
